Bridget

Owner, Designer

Bridget Krall has studied her craft in and out of the United States. Education is extremely important to her, whether it be in salon techniques or in business practices. She has attended various classes on field topics, including a week long class with International Educator Martin Parson on the Principles of Design & Cutting. Bridget is constantly pushing herself to learn and be able to do more. Additionally, the salon also invites educators to do "in-salon" classes so that the members of her team can continue to learn. Her passion is the hair industry and her goal is to provide an environment where her team members can learn to grow their own business within the salon and push the levels of their creativity.

Marlene

Designer

Marlene is a highly skilled designer with over 38 years in the field of cosmetology. She holds a Manager License and many other cosmetology certifications. Additionally, she has training in advanced hair color techniques, straightening systems and precision haircutting. Marlene has extensive product knowledge and continues to attend advanced education in all subjects relating to the field of cosmetology. Being behind the chair is something Marlene looks forward to and loves coming to work every day!

Hilary

Designer

Hilary has been a Salon MJM team member since 2008. Her enthusiasm for the beauty industry has led her to consistently attend further education classes, with a true passion for Eufora Education. With advanced training in creative color placement, grey coverage, razor cutting, and the Cezanne Smoothing System, she is sure to give you a look you will love! She has a true passion for mentoring and coaching, and loves helping her fellow stylists. She believes strongly in working together, not just with her guests to achieve their hair goals, but also with her fellow stylists!

Katlin

Designer

Katlin has been in the industry since she was 15. The first six years as a receptionist/assistant until she got her license in 2014, after graduating from Empire Beauty School. She has a passion for color and loves learning new trends and techniques. You can find her doing lots and lots of foiling, and fun colors almost daily. Katlin’s favorite thing about Salon MJM is the constant hunger for education, “with the frequent in salon classes we are constantly striving to be our best selves for our clients”.

Jessica

Designer

Jessica graduated from Berks Career and Technology Center in 2009. She continues to further her education in the industry with men’s barbering classes, and Eufora haircutting and color classes. She holds a certificate in Cezanne Keratin Smoothing, and is also a Eufora Representative for Salon MJM. She loves forming long term relationships with her clients and personalizing a look special to them!

Kirsten

Designer

Kirsten graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology. Since then she has continued her education with many classes including balayage, foil placement and color correction. Her favorite thing to do in the salon is all things color, while specializing in balayage and blondes.

She loves customizing a look that's the perfect you!

Gwen

Designer

Gwen has 28 years experience in the beauty industry and has held a manages license for 24 years. She loves the creativity of color and the change it provides to her guests. She continues her education with training in advanced color and precision cutting. Gwen comes to Salon MJM with over 5 years experience training new designers and management within the salon.

Allison

Designer

Allison graduated from The Beauty Institute in Ambler, PA in 2016. She has been a Salon MJM stylist since 2021. She has attended multiple Eufora Education events, including classes in precision cutting, balayage, blonding and grey coverage. She loves getting to know her clients and personalizing an experience special to each and every person! She also loves her mini clients and doing kids haircuts!

Michele

Front Desk

Michele has been in the beauty business since 1983. She worked in a barber/ beauty shop for 22 yrs. and then owned the same business for another 12 years. After which she moved to Florida for 6 years and she managed in the largest salon and spa in SWFL. Today, Michele and her husband are living back in PA to be with their two daughters, their spouses and their 3 adorable grandchildren. She feels blessed to be at Salon MJM and to be in the atmosphere that she knows & loves, with an amazing team and superb leadership. See you at the front desk!

Joyce

Front Desk

Joyce has been working in customer service for over 30 years. She has spent 24 years in direct sales and 30 years as the office manager for her husband's painting business. She has a passion for bringing a smile to every clients face and giving the best possible experience. In her free time, you'll find her spending time with her grand babies, curled up with a good book, or spending time on the dance floor! She is so excited to be at Salon MJM and feels privileged to be on this amazing team!
